You’ve spent long enough trying to be “normal.” Let’s try being you instead
My Journey
I’m Sarah, I was late diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. Like a lot of people from the North East, I grew up in a culture of brutal honesty and sweeping things under the rug. For years I thought something was “wrong” with me. Once I started learning about the neurodivergent brain and how mine works as an individual. I began shaping my lifestyle around what suited me and everything changed. I stopped fighting myself, stopped trying to be who I thought I should be and started exploring who I actually am. When I began working with my brain instead of against it, my strengths came back into focus. I learned to celebrate my quirks instead of hiding them, and life finally started to feel less like a constant to-do list and more like my own.
Personal Life
I'm originally from the North East and now live in West Yorkshire. I love sport, play hockey, keep active, and enjoy a walk somewhere picturesque. I have two French Bulldogs and, if you've ever met one, you'll know they're absolute characters!
I still work as a nurse to maintain my skills and experience. I love a good book, enjoy music from many different genres, and nothing beats binge-watching a great Netflix series with a kebab!
I also love getting away, anywhere that's not home, so I don't spend my days doing housework or life admin. Most of all, I love having real conversations with real people, getting down to the nitty-gritty. No masking, no pretence, and no pretending to be fine. Just raw emotion, honesty, and authenticity, which is exactly what my coaching is all about.
You won't find me on social media. No judgement if that's your thing, but I've gone down one too many rabbit holes!
Client Feedback
"Sarah's guidance has been invaluable to me - we built a rapport very easily, she is very straight forward but matches that with incredible kindness. She will ask the difficult questions that you need, but equally will be there to support, comfort and explain anything alongside this. She combines her lived experience with the knowledge she has learnt throughout her career - she completely GETS IT, and is one of the few individuals I do not have to over-explain or worry about misunderstandings. She should be prescribed on the NHS!"

“I’ve really valued the support I’ve recieved from Sarah. I work in a public-facing role, which can be very high-pressure and stressful, and she has helped me develop practical ways of managing stress and dealing with the challenges that come with my job.
Sarah has also taken the time to listen to me and understand what I need as an individiaul. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she has tailored her support around how I work best and the specific challenges I experience. I’ve come away with practical skills and strategies that I can continue to use in both my work and personal life. I would happily reccomend her to anyone.”
